Individual training sessions will be scheduled based on your goals, time availability and needs. Pricing will vary depending on the length and frequency. Sessions can be purchased individually or as a package. All prices are based on the service, time and frequency.
You can also purchase monthly membership group access to hear all the latest and greatest news, jedi mind tricks, and tools that I use on the daily for wellness.
If you want to engage in counseling sessions (not insurance billable) to help explore your relationship to health, mindset, food, how trauma/anxiety/depression and other things play a part in your physical health this is available as well.

This is a very condensed version of a group therapy that I created for those developing the motivation and desire to stop drinking. I have been doing this group for over 10 years and am bringing it to you!
The best part is that after the week long intensive you will have weekly check-ins with me to help make sure you are shooting, reaiming and firing! Why do we fire instead of refire, because once that bullet is down range it's gone, all you can do is learn from that shot group! That's what you will do each week you will have a method to look at what's working and then readjust.
